Refund policy
All sale and discounted purchases are final sale. Singles (TCG cards) are also final and cannot be cancelled.
Pre-orders may be cancelled with a 10% processing fee. Cancellations are not accepted during release week.
Non-pre-order cancellations can be requested at unlimitedgamingtech@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days if the order has not already been fulfilled. Store credit may be offered instead of a refund and is non-transferable.
We do not accept returns on TCG products. Route shipping protection is non-refundable. Other items may be returned unopened for a full refund, with return shipping paid by the customer. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days on unopened items with a receipt.
For missing or damaged pieces in games, please contact the publisher directly. If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 24 hours at unlimitedgamingtech@gmail.com. Ripped boxes/packs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We do not offer price adjustments during sales. If the price drops before your order ships, we will issue store credit for the difference.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to the following conditions.
- Cancellations requested before the product's official release date may be refunded to the original payment method, less a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
- Customers may choose to receive 100% of their purchase as store credit instead of a refund, with no processing fee.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the product's official release date. During this period, all pre-orders are considered final sale.
- Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
- In the event that Unlimited Gaming Tech is unable to fulfill your pre-order due to distributor allocations or supply shortages, you will receive the option of a full refund or full store credit.
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled and refunded provided they have not yet entered our processing, packing, or fulfillment stage.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
- Approved cancellations may be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
- Customers may alternatively choose to receive 100% of their purchase as store credit instead of a refund, with no processing fee.
- If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.
