Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from Coquitlam, BC. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales, new releases, and peak periods.
We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local pickup is available in Coquitlam, BC. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation, with store credit issued in place of a refund.
Pre-orders ship within 3–5 business days following the official release date. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available, unless arrangements are made in advance. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
Route shipping protection may be added at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. Route protection is non-refundable. If you decline shipping protection, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 24 hours at unlimitedgamingtech@gmail.com with photos. Ripped boxes or packs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For missing or damaged pieces inside games, please contact the publisher directly.
