Price Matching Policy
At Unlimited Gaming Tech & Hobbies (UGT), we want you to get a great price without having to shop around. We're happy to review price match requests against other established Canadian retailers.
How to Request a Price Match
Send us a link to the exact same product on a competing Canadian store's website by email at unlimitedgamingtech@gmail.com, by phone at 778-772-2931, through our social media, or show it to us in store. Price matches must be requested and approved before you place your order. We can't adjust the price on an order that has already been placed.
Eligibility Requirements
- The product must be identical: same item, language (English, Japanese, Korean, etc.), edition, and sealed condition.
- The competitor's item must be currently in stock and listed online in Canadian dollars.
- The competitor must be a Canadian retailer selling new product directly to customers.
- We compare the total cost, so the competitor's shipping charges are taken into account.
Not Eligible
- Marketplace, auction, and resale sites such as Amazon, eBay, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, and Whatnot.
- Big box stores such as Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, and Toys R Us.
- Clearance, liquidation, open-box, or limited-time flash sale pricing.
- Prices that depend on a membership, coupon code, bundle, or loyalty reward.
- TCG singles and graded slabs, since their prices follow the live market.
- Limited-allocation releases and items already on sale at UGT.
Final Say
Every request is reviewed case by case, and approval is at the discretion of UGT management. We may decline a price match for any reason, but we'll always do our best to get you the best deal we can.
